carmi is a first-generation, filipino-american trained sound meditation practitioner based in los angeles. driven by her intrinsic love for music, community, and own personal healing journey, she holds a safe space for others to look inward and experience deep states of relaxation through the harmonious interplay of various instruments and nurturing music. in line with her master's education in occupational therapy at NYU and clinical practice in neuroscience and mental health, she has experience providing holistic, client-centered care across the lifespan.
